Cancelling before the online course starts
Cancellation requests submitted before the course starts are processed under the statutory withdrawal right or any more favorable order-specific terms. Valid refunds are made within 14 days after notice is received, by the original payment method and without charge.
Cancelling after the first class
If you attend the first live class and are not satisfied with the course quality, you may cancel by sending written notice before attending the second class. The course price is refunded without a penalty deduction. No deduction is made for materials supplied free with the course.
Later classes and absence
Cancellation requests after attending the second class are assessed under statutory rights and order-specific terms. A group class that was offered as scheduled but missed by the learner does not automatically create a refund right. Rights concerning defective service, provider cancellation and mandatory consumer protection remain unaffected.
E-book refunds
If e-book download or access begins before the 14-day period expires at the consumer's separate express request and the consumer acknowledges losing the withdrawal right, no cancellation or refund is available after the download link is generated or access is enabled. Without that consent, delivery waits until the 14-day period ends. Statutory rights continue for corrupted files, broken links or defective content.
Submitting a request
Use the Contact page or the written channel in the order confirmation and include your name, order number, course/e-book and request. Telephone notice alone is insufficient for statutory withdrawal.
Disputes
Unresolved disputes may be brought to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or, where applicable after mandatory mediation, the Consumer Court. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
